Paying for leads

How do I purchase leads?

You purchase a bundle of leads through our online billing platform, and all bundles are paid for upfront. We use Maxio (formerly Chargify), which accepts all major debit and credit cards. This platform is the cornerstone of our lead distribution software. It’s a necessity, not an optional extra.

When we built LeadsHQ, we made a conscious decision to remove accounts receivable from the business model, so the company can focus entirely on delivering results for you.

Can you invoice us or set up direct debit?

No. We don’t invoice or accept direct debit payments. Leads can only be purchased through our online billing platform.

How do I get a tax invoice for my company?

Our billing platform emails you a tax invoice automatically after each successful payment.

Does LeadsHQ charge a setup fee?

No. There’s no separate setup fee. Setting up your subscription is covered by your fixed price per lead.

How do I update my payment method?

Our billing portal has a self-service payment page where you can update your details (for example, new card information). It’s emailed to you automatically when your billing subscription is established. If you need us to re-send the link, contact [email protected].

Renewals, pauses and cancellations

What’s your renewal policy, and when am I billed again?

We have no lock-in contracts. Unless you tell us otherwise, your subscription automatically renews once your lead allocation is exhausted. Once you’ve received your full bundle, if you haven’t requested a pause or cancellation, we charge for a new bundle and your lead distribution continues.

In short We keep going until you say stop. To cancel your next renewal we require 2 business days’ written notice.

How do I cancel my upcoming renewal?

To cancel your renewal, email [email protected] with a minimum of 2 business days’ written notice. Your allocated lead volume will then be offered to other existing or new clients.

If you later choose to return, there may have been changes to lead availability and/or lead price.

What if I need to pause my lead distribution?

For a short-term pause we require a minimum of 2 business days’ written notice (email [email protected]) and a commitment to reactivate within 7 days.

Note A pause longer than 7 days is treated as a cancellation, and your volume will be offered to other existing or new clients.

If you later choose to return, there may have been changes to lead availability and/or lead price.
