How Do We Purchase Leads?

You can purchase a bundle of our leads via our online billing platform. All lead bundles are paid for upfront.

We use an online billing platform called Maxio (formerly Chargify) that accepts all major debit and credit cards. This billing platform serves as the cornerstone of our lead distribution software and is a necessity.

When developing the infrastructure for LeadsHQ, management made a conscious decision to remove accounts receivable from the business model, so that the company may focus on delivering results for you, our clients.

Can You Invoice Our Company / Setup Direct Debit, Etc?

We do not invoice or accept direct debit payments. You can only purchase leads via our online billing platform.

I Will Need An Invoice For My Company, How Do I Get This?

The LeadsHQ billing platform will provide a tax invoice for your company via email after each successful payment.

I Want To Cancel My Upcoming Bill, What Do I Do?

To cancel your campaign management we require a minimum of 2 days written notice (via email to [email protected]).

I Need To Update My Payment Method, What Do I Do?

The LeadsHQ billing portal offers a self-service payment page which allows you to update your payment methods e.g. new credit card details. It is automatically emailed to you upon establishment of your billing subscription.

Does LeadsHQ Charge A Setup Fee?

We do not charge a separate setup fee, as the cost of your subscription setup is covered under your fixed price per lead.

What If I Need To Pause My Lead Distribution?

If you need to temporarily pause your campaign management we require a minimum of 2 days written notice. To pause campaign management with 2 days notice we require a clear date and explicit, written commitment to campaign reactivation.

What’s Your Renewal Policy? When Am I Billed Again?

We have no lo lock-in contracts, but require 2 business days’ notice for cancellation of your next renewal.

Unless told otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew after the exhaustion of your lead allocation.
